Bad experience with Omoda brand

I recently bought a omoda C5 until recently in January after taking my car for service, it returned with defected lights which do not function properly anymore. I can not drive at night anymore and even when it is a must for me to, it becomes risky and life threatening. I tried to enquire to fix the matter however with countless attempts I was not assisted and were told buy my own light bulbs, then after taking it back I was told to buy the lights on my own and I really do not understand how given the car is still under warranty. Spoke to all relevant management departments and still had not resolution. Kindly assist as this matters has dragged for a while now.
