I am extremely disappointed with my experience with OMODA Jaecoo Sandton, Northcliff & Melrose Arch – Digi Cars Group.

I purchased a vehicle from the dealership in good faith, expecting the dealership to ensure that all the necessary documentation and licensing requirements were properly handled. Unfortunately, I am now in a situation where I am driving with an expired permit, which is completely unacceptable after purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.

What is particularly frustrating is that I trusted the dealership to handle the registration and permit process correctly. As a customer, I should not have to chase the dealership for basic documentation or be left worrying about whether I am legally permitted to drive the vehicle I have purchased.
