OMODA Jaecoo Sandton, Northcliff & Melrose Arch – Digi Cars Group.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with OMODA Jaecoo Sandton, Northcliff & Melrose Arch – Digi Cars Group. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership in good faith, expecting the dealership to ensure that all the necessary documentation and licensing requirements were properly handled. Unfortunately, I am now in a situation where I am driving with an expired permit, which is completely unacceptable after purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. What is particularly frustrating is that I trusted the dealership to handle the registration and permit process correctly. As a customer, I should not have to chase the dealership for basic documentation or be left worrying about whether I am legally permitted to drive the vehicle I have purchased.

I received the best service from the time I entered until the time I left with my new beauty. All the staff go the extra mile and end up working later hours just for their customers. You will not see them tired or rushing to go home they go the extra mile which is appreciated.
