TERRIBLE BRAND!!!!!!

Bought a Jaecoo J5 4 months ago and it has been endless issues since the day of collection. The car has been back SEVERAL occasions as it needs a software update but there is no software in the country. Not sure how this happens with a new car. The GM got involved and has been helpful in recent weeks but after having the "Omoda Specialist" to have a look at the vehicle earlier this week, there has been no further feedback from anyone.

I cannot express my utter disgust and disappointment in this brand and service received.

I will never recommend anyone to them EVER!!!
