Worse than before

I send both my front and rear shocks in for a service as I was told this is needed to keep them working. They were in perfect working order before but now the front fork squeaks when I ride. Send them a message to enquire about it and simply got no answer from them. So I spend R2000 servicing shocks to keep away problems and all that did is create problems
