OMC TO CHANGE THEIR NAME TO "WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU"

If I could give OMC Motors less than 1 star then I would do that. I started my search for a vehicle end of February and after numerous test drives I ended up at OMC Motors to test drive a Ford Focus. The car was amazing, everything seemed in line with what we were looking for......until the problems started. First of all, we app**** for a loan to buy the car cash.....the listed price was R125 000.00 , the sales person Zandi then informed us that the car was listed incorrectly and was actually supposed to be listed for R135 000.00, with a lot of back and forth we agreed to pay R130 000.00. I collected the vehicle on the 07th of March 2026 - everything again seemed fine. The car drove like a dream, however in the 3 weeks I had the car I could only drive it 3 times of which I had to jump start it every time in order to just go somewhere. I raised this concern with them and advised that we would like to get a refund of the car and they can take the vehicle back....to which the answer was "we will get back to you" or their famous excuse "we will speak to the manager" who is NEVER there...... They eventually agreed in April that they will collect the vehicle, after many phone calls to them and messages from us to them, to have the car fixed.....they gave me a courtesy car with an expired disc.....and a car that has a battery terminal issue and at times also doesn't want to start.....they have given third parties more information on the status of my car than they provided me with...... It has been 6 weeks of them having my car in their possession and they still don't communicate unless I reach out to them or unless someone calls them. I have received no feedback in a week on my car and at this point I am paying a monthly instalment on a car that I don't have.

Do not support this dealership as they seem to sell cars under false pretense and they do not want to come to the party from their side.

The manager is subsequently also never at work and their famous line of "I'll get back to you" also never happens.....steer clear of this dealership.
