Worried about the developments of my matter.

Good day all

Hope you are well

This is referring to the matter with reference M3106/18.

Firstly, I do note that the word Losses and the word Accident are used as interchangeable words on an email (dated 10th of April 2019) sent to be by ombudsman relevant stuff member, which in my view is incorrect.

In my understanding both these words do not have the same meaning.

Hence in my understanding the accidents which I had in the year 2013 were actually not my losses but the losses of the people who owned the vehicles I was driving and had an accident with.

I humbly request that it be noted that, at the time I had an accident with a vehicle I did not own, it was not my loss but the loss of the owner of that particular vehicle.

So it is/would be incorrect for the insurer/ombudsman to interpret the above differently.

Hence it concerning that these words were used as interchangeable in the email (10th April 2019) sent to me by the ombudsman stuff member.

Secondly

I login to the ombudsman Extranet for perusel and noted that the two letters which I have sent to the relevant stuff member are not included under the subject letters.

This is concerning because it is stated on email from the ombudsman office that " For more details visit the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance Extranet" yet I have found some of the information I have submitted not being included.

Hence I login to find only my emails text and none of the attachments or letters I have sent to the stuff member.

Those are the two items which are not making me rest.
