Why must I always go through HelloPeter to get a response?!

I've tried numerous times to contact the person assigned to my case and all occassions I've had to contact hellopeter before I can get a response on my emails. In my previous review Peter Nkhuna said I would receive a response within a week, its been a month, I've sent reminder emails but that all seems to fall on deaf ears.

Can you please communicate!

Dear Ms Dibocho
I have had a look at the file and as per my previous response on this same platform on 26 May 2016, you were sent correspondence on the same day. You also responded to that e-mail on the same day.
We also received two other e-mails from yourself and your legal advisors on 30 May 2016 and 02 June 2016, respectively.
We in turn sent you correspondence again on 01, 07 and 11 July 2016.
The correspondence dated 11 July 2016 was sent to your postal address on record as it included a disc which contained a recording of the discussion you had had with the assessor during the validation of your claim. The size of the recording was such that we could not e-mail same. This package was sent via registered mail. We received same back, marked "Unclaimed", on 19 September 2016.
Following your complaint on this platform on 26 August 2016, we sent you an e-mail on 1 September 2016 (which was within a week as promised). We advised in that correspondence that we await further information from the insurer and that we would revert upon receipt of same.
We do not have any record of e-mails received from you since ours of 1 September 2016.
We only received the insurer's e-mails containing the outstanding information on 26 and 30 September 2016. Same will be considered and you will receive our advices in due course.
It therefore does not appear accurate that you are only updated after lodging complaints on this platform.
The matter is now in its final stages and we should be making our determination in due course.
Yours faithfully
