When will I receive the outcome?

I lodged a complaint against my insurer on the first of March 2022 and we did all the correspondence and all I would like to know right now is when can I expect an outcome. I called your office and the lady advised that you are still corresponding with the insurer, then I asked her when will I receive the outcome and she said she doesn’t know. I haven’t had a car in 6 months and I would honestly appreciate a definite answer.
