Very Subjective

Dear Ombudsman After almost a year of compiling a report. Ombudsman did not take anything to consideration and the report held no substantive evidence. Ombudsman report is a repeat or plagiarism report of King Price and I regard Ombudsman bias or very subjective. Report serves no qualities in the audit report, in a 11 to 12 months period, the regulator was supposed to investigate the matter looking at the merits. Firstly the report was supposed to have an evident reponse, 1. The proof of the interviewed persons, i.e. copy of ID and signatures, 2. Evaluated the words of the insurance investigator, meaning the investigator said "whenever you remember something let me know", "my man how things are they are not good", "my advice is leave the case and there won't be any charges against you" . Thirdly, the psychological impact of the accident on my "client". FourlyThe words quoted words of the tow-truck man, the client was in the back of the police van, question where exactly? Fifthly the garage owner confirmed he was there, whereas I said was there too. Ombudsman was supposed to look in the narrative that brings the link between me and the insurance i.e. trust and also the faith insurance used to prosecute me their client. The insurance forms no ground to decline my claim and Ombudsman also stands on evident ground to deny my application. The stakeholders that are vaildly recognised in the claim are not acknowledged, i.e. the police, the period the claim was made/called, the position of the car after the accident, all of this was not taken into consideration. Ombudsman's report was supposed to show investigation, that contain evident descriptive and analytic responses of the sources used to compile the report. With the period Ombudsman had, this kind of report is very unacceptable. The report has no questions and objectives addressed. The ombudsman has never taken into consideration the challenges one will face after such an incident. Theoretical aspects of the qualitative responses has never taken into consideration from the interviewee the insurance used to prosecute the client. With no fear or favour this is a national issue and by any means I'll never allow these to happen to our societies. The truth shall prevail. Kind regardsMosiwa

So now I satisfy your needs, so you telling about the clause? These are still early days, try me. I am not going to suffer while you call yourself a regulator, did you even help any of these people or because they not brands and they won’t loose any reputation?

That’s the end of the road here.

What clause are you referring to AYANDA, referring to transparency in our unresolved claims? If you had the case for 12 months and still tell me what insurance heard and also didn’t concluded or tested the validation. Me I’ll look for liberation, but people will know the unfairness you present in your cases. You had your time and nothing was done and now let’s involve someone else…
