Very disappointed with Ombudsmanf

I am very disappointment with the Ombudsman.

I've been in an accident on 1 Sep 2023 and went to the Ombudsman after I have received no fairness from my insurance company (Santam Insurance).

I thought the Ombudsman was going to assist me in my case and back me but that was the total opposite. Ive also waited for some time for them to come back to me for any response, and most of the time was it me who emailed them for any update. They did not do anything - they just referred me back to my insurers correspondence.

They ask me to appoint my expert to dispute the findings of the expert appointed by the insurer. They confirm that once a dispute of fact arises based on the findings of the experts, that their office will be unable to take the matter further as the dispute will be capable of a resolution in court.

So what did they do from their side...? Nothing!

I will never use them again or refer them to somebody and rather use another way of assistance.
