Vapssa and ombudsman for short term insurance is absolutely ***********. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH VAPSSA

Iv taken our case to the short term vehicle ombudsman and I'm getting no where with them!!! They sent me an email after weeks of me emailing them and all they did was attache previous emails and correspondence. They are NOT calling me or telling me straight out what's happening. Vapssa warranty does not want to pay for certain repairs because we can't provide service records on our 520d BMW. The services are up to date and can easily be confirmed by checking the cars computer box and key. Yaseera khan,Thobile Gumede are only a few names from the ombudsman emailing me but NEVER respond to me. They have sent me attachments which requires passwords that I do not have. All I want to know is WHAT IS HAPPENING??? All they have to do is check the car computer box n key to see if it has been serviced regularly. We have moved 3 times and cannot find the paperwork. They don't want to do this because they want to pay.
