Valerie Mngadi from OSTI needs to provide legal explanaions

I have had a problem with MIway decision not to pay for the break into my home on 28 December 2017.

I referred it to the OSTI and they say that Miway is correct.

I need to know how Miway is correct, I need legal answers not just thumb sucks This has dragged on for too log

I have appealed their decision giving them valid reasons why. I provided solid proof as to why I am justified to no avail

Valarie Mngadie at OSTI has been avoiding my calls for months

I need help please

The reference number is: CLC R63/18

Valerie has ignored my calls for too long. She ruled in favour of Miway after I provided valid evidence and proof as to why they are wrong.

She cannot tell me that she accepted their excuse as I need legal reasons if I was turned down

Good day

i was advised that this matter is being looked into urgently. To date, I am still awaiting a response.

I am deeply disturbed at how lightly this matter is being taken

i have sought legal advise and was told that I have a strong case

I have been so patient whist you people are busy doing what exactly?

It is a straight forward case and I need answers
