Useless ombudsman

When it comes to car insurance don't even waste your time with Ombudsman. If you feel like you have a strong case go straight to the lawyers. My car was involved in a flood where the no road sign of indicating possibility of floads, I'm told negligence and that the insurance don't cover mechanical damage of which is coursed by the same floods which should be covered under comprehensive insurance. Taking bribes will be the end of this company since South Africans are getting fed-up of your incompetence. Won't even waste my time to appeal with this people going straight to my attorney.
