Unsolved matter

I’m so disappointed by you cause you guys don’t want to help me on this matter

I would like to laudge a complain. I was insured with Renasa. Its been a year now since my car has been written off, The insurance company (Renasa) has written off my car but till this day haven’t make any payouts to the bank since I was financed by the bank.

The Insurance company owes me money for four months,they requested me to fill up the forms and send them back to so they can refund me. Till today im still waiting they havent refunded me.

Renasa please redund my money back!
