UNRESOLVED , LONG OVERDUE TRANSACTIONS AT FNB

Ive reprted 12 huge *****ialient transactions more than a year ago to FNB, after no jou I reported it to the Ombudsman. Im waiting since June this year and theyve reported to me last month that they are still investigating. It clearly seems that they cant find the fault because they cant show me proof of statement where the R250k went!!!! I honestly dont understand how much more time they need just to check the transactions!!!!!
