I will always be grateful for the work that the Ombudsman are doing. I had an issue where Vodacom insurance was denying and rejecting my claim, after taking it further with vodacom insurance head office where they also still told me right here on hellopeter that they will by no means help or relook at that unfair rejection i decided to fight fire with fire. You stand firm when you know your story and know you are just being unfairly treated wherelse you have been a well paying client.
