Short Term Insurers In Deficit

Likely the rudest, dim-witted and ******* way of selling insurance. They insist on phone calls and reject emails.

That is open ************** against people with disabilities, an offence under International Law.

And, when they call you, they are rude and interrupt, and talk over you. After having suffered twelve strokes, I simply refuse to deal with that kind of treatment.

My only recourse would be to pay more, but find a Santam office and go there in person, to arrange insurance. As, if you ask a telesales unhappiness engineer for a quote, next thing is it lists on you policy!!

Old Mutual's telesales were similarly rude, and insisted I take out a policy made for women.

Only Santam was prepared to insure a 2017 G350d, after all. TuffStuff rejected it.
