Shoddy Customer Experience

Shoddy Customer Experience , submitted my case / claim submitted in October 21 , their communication , service turnaround tims its bad. This is organisation does not have customer value propostion. Please if any one can recommend for any reputable Insurance company would appreciate because the one I have been having for over 10 years not good at all including their Ombudsman
