Ombudsman Short Term Insurance is just serving Insurers not the under dogs which is the insured. I suspect that maybe the insurance pays them not to consider our case. I lodged complain with them regarding Naked insurance it's almost two months now, no feedback no action.i tried to call them several times they tell me about investigator whom I can't talk to her.i tried to send emails to Investigator Selinah Zwane I am being told that Adjudicator is still busy blah blah. Their service is very much poor, OSTI they are not sure of what they are doing. I am not hoping for the best outcome the way I see they're treated. They're service is disgusting.
