HELLO

I have been trying to get hold of kgomotso for almost 2 weeks now, with no luck. I need help with how to proceed with my complaint as the insurer did not meet me half way. they wrote my car off , whiles 2 panel beaters said my car was fixable and way I was given a chose to cancel my claim by innovation group if I wanted to keep my car and they will not meet me half way.

as my initial enquiry was about how I was misled by the call centre that my towing was covered and shouldn't worry they refusing to meet me half way with my initial claim

when I call I am told Kgomotso will get back to me via email, with couple of emails to him still no answer please help as am left desperate as I need to sort all the expenses of my car coz the insurance doesn't want to meet me half way
