Please Please answer my question

Hi Peter, thank you for your reply DD 23/06. My question is where is the hard evidence that my roof is defective in design. To me an opinion does not count as hard evidence. Did an architect inspect my roof to make this statement? How do you know that this statement/opinion given by the insurance assessor is true and correct? what tests was done to prove my roof is defective and where is the results for me to inspect? On what grounds can you confirm that my roof is defective in design? Where is the proof? if you or the insurance company want to state that my roof is defective in design you must be able to prove this. So I ask again, please let me have this evidence. From the beginning it seems to me that you wish to ignore this question I have, but you still decide to say the matter has been dealt with. SHOW ME WHERE THE EVIDENCE IS. If there is no evidence, how can it be true? a person cannot simply say anything they wish but cannot provide proof when asked, the statement is then not true or correct. So please, be fair towards me and provide me with the requested proof. If you can do this, I will can accept and the matter can be resolved. But if not, how can it be fair?
