OSTI USELESS...A REFLECTION OF THE ROT IN THIS COUNTRY
Is this what the OSTI has come too? countless complaints on this platform, with the same standard response to each...what a disgrace this country has come too...
The OSTI "proudly" states on their website that they are accountable to no one....Why one would publicly state this i do not understand....
Anyway... i have had a complaint with the OSTI for almost 2 years, where there saw the complaint to be dragging on for to long ( Whilst they were seeking every possible way to defend the insurance company concerned) they closed the matter without providing a response based on factual information, rather a response based on pure speculation, wherein i was even advised that " You should have known better given your qualifications" ...really ???
Can i please get an update on the new case number ( M2225/18W )
