OSTI - not at all supporting fairness

Not sure who funds OSTI, but it is total waste of time taking your case to them as they are not even applying their own mind to protect consumers from getting ripped of by ensurers. All they do is telling the one what the other is saying and then still allowing the insurer to play bullying tactics. Total waste of time
