The Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance is just there for compliance. They don't even have time to read what you have written to them. You can take your time and explain but they will give you the same answer that the company you complained about had given. They are just agents of the companies just to say they stand for people.

I have written to them about the parts that were missing in my car and their response was the one from iWYZE, which means I wasted my time and energy trying to explain something that did not matter to them.
