OSTI is a body that looks out for insurance companies' interests

This is the Ombudsman working for insurance companies. I had a problem with Renasa, who unjustifiably rejected my claim and I asked for OSTI's intervention. OSTI upheld Renasa's decision and they used the same reason as the one given by the insurer. Strangely they quoted the clause that doesn't exist. From the policy document that Renasa sent me when I took this insurance policy, that clause does not exist. Renasa sent them the same policy document that does not have that particular clause. But when my claim was rejected they quoted that clause. To my surprise this so-called "Ombudsman" used the same imaginary clause, which is a shame.
