OSTI I APPLAUD YOU

I applaud the exceptional work that the OSTI does for the consumers of SA. You give hope to the financially disadvantaged South Africans that are a being taken advantage of by the giant insurance companies due lack of financial muscle to afford legal services. I can imagine the massive number of cases you receive each year and complexity of each case, but you try to drill them down independently and fight for those who don’t have means to fight for the selves. So far, I can comfortably say you’re the only non-profit industry and free service organisation that does its work to the core. Keep up the good work. Top notch, 5 star
