OSTI came to my rescue wrt to refund for short term insurance

I was rescued by the OSTI(Ombudsman for short term insurance) when I requested a bank to refund me the pro-rata of the unused portion of my insurance premium.

The bank had sent m e from pillar to post until eventually after 3 months, they ignored my emails requesting for my refund.

When the OSTI intervened, the bank refunded me.Thank you Osti for making sure that the law is upheld.
