OMSTI rule against IWYZE, but then lack to enforce their ruling

Clearly the Ombudsman (OMSTI) lack the will and the intention to serve the people of South Africa. It cannot and does not want to act on its mandate and is clearly acting in the interest of the corporations they were designed to protect their clients against.
