OmbudsmanShort Term Insurance
Can anyone explain what is the purpose of Ombusdman becasue everytime I refer the matter to Ombudsman they reject my claims even though I have concrete evidence, like in case of Myway insurance I still have a recording but they decided to mis interprete the recording.If you can listen to the recorded call is totaly different from what they translated on the letter.Ombudsman must fall deeply.
