Dont waste your time taking your matter to Ombusman for Short Term Insurance. None of anyone knows what their doing at that office. The are on the insurance payroll no matter how good your submissions are to them. They actually write what the insurance said on the recommendation letter which is what insurance told you before. Stop wasting time and I just wish they could expel this process of mediation and one go straight to the courts cause no use to approach them. They are as useless as the insurance and I just so with the funding party can visit this and call them to order. Iwyze Insurance and Ombudsman are working hand in hand.
