Ombudsman will always side with the insurance companies!

The ombudsman will always sides with insurance companies. I don't know why we even waste our time and emotions to submit complaints. In my case, they took forever to get back (after many phone calls and emails cause I never getr any feedback from them), and then not even use my inputs once in the report...its always just the insurer says this and the insurer says that. This is not a fair process, don't even know why they even exist if the outcome will always be the same and not protect the people of South Africa. I am very disappointed in them!
