OMBUDSMAN VS KING PRICE INSURANCE - FULL REFUND RECEIVED
After NUMEROUS complaints and contacting King Price's "YOUR COUNCIL" team, they were ADAMANT that they do not owe me a refund for the OVERCHARGED car rental.
I then lodged a formal complaint with the OMBUDSMAN FOR SHORT TERM INSURANCE and within 14 days King Price refunded me the FULL amount requested on 2021/06/22.
Thank you to the OMBUDSMAN for taking on my case which FORCED King Price to do the RIGHT thing.
