Ombudsman not interested in my case

<p>I am still awaiting feedback from the Ombudsman after logging my first complaint on the 24th of July. The standard template "replies" that get sent automatically does not mean a thing. Over and above the incredibly rude service I received from the Ombudsman, they made promises to follow up on my case, since the lady that pretended to help me during the first 6 months of the year, has resigned. My case was not investigated or dealt with properly at all, yet nobody at the Ombudsman offices care. Is the Ombudsman not there to protect the consumer from insurance companies (Alexander Forbes) that refuse to pay out for legitimate claims. Are they not there to investigate the covered up lies from insurance companies like Alexander Forbes? Please give me feedback on my case?</p> <p>How is the Ombudsman even trying to protect the consumer if this is the way clients are being treated? Who can I contact to resolve a dispute with Alexander Forbes as clearly the Ombudsman is not interested in assisting me.</p>
