Ombudsman Is useless. Evil servants

Can some help me. I need to further my case since ombudsman is busy enjoying brown envelope from insurance companies and not helping us complainants. How can you review a case for a period of 3 years. The only thing they do is to keep changing the person who handles the case. I need someone to assist me. My case number is P436/22
