Ombudsman is not looking after paying clients interests...

I have a dispute with insurance where they approved a claim and later decided not to honour the claim and rejected it. Sought assistance from the ombudsman and they could not assist me. The ombudsman is letting insurances get away with ************ behaviour while the customers are paying. It is unacceptable that both institutions do not protect the consumer while they are happy to accept our money claiming they insure us. Maybe the Public Protector can help...
