Ombudsman is friends with insurances😏

Can someone tells us the truth that ombudsman is actually an insurance sponsored entity. Ombudsman is working for the insurance companies to fool us. I've lodged a complain with ombudsman since last year October, till today ombudsman is still reviewing my case. Come on guys. You're like chillies on a wound. Why are you protecting insurance companies? Every time I follow up I can't speak to the person handling the case.
