Ombudsman for STI is very useless and receives bribes from King Price
Ombudsman for STI is very useless and always support insurance companies. My mother's car got ******, and her insurance (king Price) refused to pay because the vehicle didn't have any tracking device. But when we listen to the audio, the agent promised my mother that they will install the device for free - and they never did. Ombudsman asked King Price to explain, and they **** to Ombudsman by saying they sent my mother an sms and also tried to call her. But my mother never received any sms or calls from them. Ombudsman, believed their story without asking for proof and closed the case.
I don't see the reason for Ombudsman to exist. They are useless, just like insurance companies.
