Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance is for compliance purposes only

Since having complained, Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance never responded and I feel that they know the things they did not do right. Even after having written to hellopeter, they never bothered by responding. They know the truth but it's just that the companies that they deal with are more powerful than the complainants. They are just there for compliance, to say they have attended the matter and never to the satisfaction of the complainant.
