Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance failed me
I have trusted Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance to assist me on proving the insurance that the information they are using to Repudiated my claim is based on incorrect information or false information but they made my situation even worse. I have provided Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance all the proofs and evidence that the insurance is for them to investigate but there was no outcome of any investigations . I have done investigation by myself and provided proof and evidence that the insurance is using wrong information in these case but still Ombudsman but still ombudsman never considered the information and proofs i have given to them when making ruling on these case
I am highly disappointed on the ruling made by Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance because it was based on incorrect information and false information provided by insurance. I requested review on these case but there is still no update for the past 30 days .
From day one Ombudsman requested me lost of to assist them on investigation which I did provide the including proofs but they continue working in favour of insurance based on false information provided by insurance
I am relay disappointed on and I have all the trust i had for Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance
Our records reflect that we have indeed received your request to have the matter escalated and that it is being reviewed.
Our records further reflect that you were in contact with our office a few times in October 2018 when you even confirmed a payment apparently made to you.
The last correspondence on record was when our office advised you that it is not possible to get an exact indication of how long the review process would take as it depends on the complexity of the matter and the number of other matters under review which may have been referred for review prior to yours. A rough estimate of 4-8 weeks was even suggested. This was on 23 October 2018.
It is therefore not accurate to state that you have not received any update for the past 30 days.
You will have to allow the process to unfold.
We trust that you will exercise the appropriate patience.
Yours faithfully
