Ombudsman fialing me as the Complainant.

This is with absolute disgrace how my case has been handled since the 9th of May and getting feedback from yesterday saying that Momentum still has not send their documents for the dispute on my case that was registered.

We still have not received a response from the participant.

After receiving the response from the participant, your matter will be allocated to an investigator who will assess the evidence to determine whether we need to investigate further or whether we are able to make a ruling. You will also be granted an opportunity to make submissions throughout the process.

We will keep you informed once same has been received.
