A waste of time to refer to ombudmans. They not on your side. Seems they work closely with the company at default and possibly take a bribe to side wth that company. Photos and facts presented and they sided with Absa insurance to avoid them paying or undertaking a storm damage repaair. Its scary to know that we are not protected by this body.
