Old Mutual: Roof - Rain Water Damage

The Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance (OSTI) has asked me to rate them on their Assesment/Ruling of an Old Mutual claim, that was rejected by the Insurer.

I wish I could rate OSTI.

However, in dealing with my escalated claim, OSTI was not only biased, subjective in their Ruling, they also have used the phony motivation of Old Mutual in their ruling. The Policy reference which Old Mutual has used to reject my claim, 5.1., was never mentioned in any of OSTI's Rulings/reports/e-mails.

What is also very sad and disturbing, is that OSTI has condoned and supported the fabricated story of the Legal Section of Old Mutual.
