No such thing called Ombudsman

No such thing called Ombudsman ,think it’s a ****

How are we suppose to get assistance from the mediation service provider and get told that I must directly contact the insurance, Guardrisk which has been sending me from pillar to post. It’s been a year now trying to get Cas number S159/24 resolved but with no luck. Even tried to get Amukelani’s adjudicator cause he is not assisting me at all as I always have to call or email him,he has no sense of urgency at all. Still waiting for Lerato Malefa to get back to me. The case was reopened cause every time I contact Guardrisk I hit a dead end . How am I suppose to communicate with Guardrisk as I’ve been told by Amukelani and yet not getting any assistance from Ombudsman. No wonder all the reviews are negative.
