No response?? Delayed Feedback??

<p>I submitted my case in Feb this year and its dragged on for forever. I submiited all the other documentation requested from me a month ago, I've sent reminder emails, I've asked for acknowledgement on the emails sent but still no response.</p> <p>I also don't think Janine Schultz/ Adriaan Lombard is being neutral because she's stated that they will not interfer with how the insurer conducts their underwriting process which I think is relevant for the case since it indicates an abuse of authority and prejudice. Also considering that all the evidence used in this case was provided myself and the insurer also failed to provide a report based on their findings. I've detailed my concerns in the emails exchanged and would like to receive a response based on that.</p> <p> </p>
