NO REPLIES NOR HELP FROM OSTI - Does Regina Chindomu actually exist?

I had submitted case ULC: S960/20 in October 2020. I am still awaiting feedback/resolution from OSTI. My NUMEROUS attempts (6 times) to follow up via email have fallen on deaf ears. I then called the OSTI twice, spoke to Maureen Nel who has said that Regina Chindomu is working on my case but she is SO busy and I just need to be patient. I mean really, be patient for HOW MUCH LONGER! Seems like OSTI spends more time defending themselves on Hello Peter than helping clients who have submitted valid claims. In the interim, I have not been paid out from my insurance company and my roof needs urgent repair before the winter rains, in the Western Cape, start. CAN SOMEBODY AT OSTI PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS CASE. I am pleading!
