Been 7months since I lodged a complaint, 2 months ago they closed the case without investigating and had to reopen the case only to close it again without proper intervention. Super disappointed

I just received another email stating they sent my email to the insurance.
I must say I am greatly disappointed that my case is just tossed to side without any investigation.
I trust that before they close the case again they would have done their job.
