No Feedback, No outcome, Financial loss while waiting
Submitted my case with OSTI in June 2022 disputing the outcome of an accident that happened in March 2022. I have been trying to get feedback on this case since with no luck, calling their offices is not helping as they continue to say the case is being reviewed with no SLA of some sort.
I only need feedback on this and the ruling to be made on this so I can take further action with court proceeding should the outcome be in favor of the insurer(MUTUAL & FEDERAL RISK FINANCING) without suffering further financial loss while this process is dragging.
Further delays on this means financial loss to me while the Insurer(MUTUAL & FEDERAL RISK FINANCING) isn't losing anything. feedback and outcome is all I'm asking for.
