Lost watch

I submitted my claim claim for my lost Apple Watch on the 02 August, they requested all the details for the watch and fortunately I still had the box with me. After 2 days they requested membership details of the gym where the incident happened and I gladly gave the details. Seven days later they rejected my claim saying that I shouldn’t have left my watch unattended while taking a shower at the gym. The same FNB who fails to pay for my R4000 watch and yet I still had to trust them with my R550 000 car, my R18500 phone and my household contents. I am cancelling all that and take my business elsewhere.
