Lodged a complaint with OSTI team for Guardrisk for my declined MTN device claim.

1st September 2023 i lodged a complain for Guardrisk for my declined MTN claim with OSTI, my reference no is L317/23 and case being handles by Abri Venter (***) and Selinah Zwane (***) whom I've never spoken. They've never reached out to me letting me know how the case is operating and I haven't had a single call or email from the OSTI team informing me about my case. AT the moment, I'm still paying for a device that has been lost for months while I had it insured and never missed a payment, moreover the OSTI team has been taking care of my case while I haven't heard any feedback from anyone. I need a positive feedback from the OSTi team, at the moment it doesn't matter if the decision will be in my favor or not, all i need to know is where i stand with case.
